Can eHealthPlus Pharmacy cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be canceled by eHealthPlus Pharmacy due to the following reasons:
- Customer has failed two (2) times to receive the order via home delivery.
- If the prescription uploaded is not valid.
- If Senior Citizen / PWD requirements are not valid.
- If the order has been evaluated as a potential case of fraud.
- If the delivery address is outside our logistics partner’s delivery zone.
- Other cases when an order cannot be fulfilled.
In the event that eHealthPlus Pharmacy cancels an order, it shall be in full, not partially/per item.
